I was appalled by the inadequate wifi connectivity throughout my stay. It was completely unhelpful when I reported the issue to the staff, who didn't seem to understand my concerns due to their low English proficiency.

Location near shops and eateries makes it convenient. Clean facilities add to a decent stay.

No elevator to haul your luggage up. The old room interiors could use an upgrade, and a fridge would have been nice for refreshments. I felt vibrations, likely from the subway, which was a bit distracting at night.

The quaint courtyard at this hotel greeted me with beauty every time I walked in. My room was impressive, showcasing a vintage vibe with a comfortable bed, and it was oriented towards the courtyard for ultimate peace. Daily housekeeping ensured I always had fresh towels and a clean space to return to!

staying at the roma room was a great experience! the location near the train station made it easy to explore. the friendly staff really stood out and made us feel welcome. we loved how clean the towels and bathroom mat were replaced daily, making our stay comfortable. plus, the view of the garden was just delightful!

the wifi didn’t work for two-thirds of my stay, and when I asked about it, I got a shrug. also, the toilet makes terrible noises. how am I expected to rest? I expected some form of compensation for my troubles, but alas, no one seemed to care—not even a courtesy snack. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The terrace view was stunning! Watching the garden and parrots was a delightful way to unwind. Also, the staff were really helpful with tips. Be ready for a small surprise with the city tax, though. 😅

The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many tasty options. The nightly noise was unpleasent.
